4. Care: Just wash your BabyHawk mei tai on cold with a little detergent and then line dry. You can also machine dry but the colors will stay brighter if you line dry. Babyhawk suggests that when you wash your carrier for the first time to include a dye catcher sheet with dark colors to catch any excess dye that may be present. The Oh Snap! should be machine or hand washed in cold and line dried.
What I did not like about Babyhawk:
1. The service: I was part of a contest to win the chance to review the Babyhawk and I was over the moon when I won! However, I had a very hard time actually getting the Babyhawk. Honestly I was very unhappy with the service and communication from them. However to be fair I will say that I was not a paying customer and I trust that if I were I would have gotten better service. Initially I was supposed to get the carrier in time for a trip to Disney in March, which would have been a great chance for exposure for them since I was going to a blogging conference, they said it was sent but I never got it. Then I sent several emails with no response. Now I understand when a company is busy or a mistake is made and quite honestly if they had just said that was the case I would have been more than satisfied. However they kept saying it was sent and I never got it. Then I was supposed to get a custom one but it was so long I emailed and told them I would just take one from their amazon in stock ones, which is what I eventually received.
